This sustainable spirit was already one of our favourites, but then Avallen made it even better by creating this eco-friendly paper bottle.
Lightweight and more robust than glass, each carbon-positive paper bottle removes 3.16kg of CO₂ from the atmosphere.
Crafted in Normandy using nothing but 40 different apple varieties, Avallen is aged in French oak for two years and bottled without the addition of sugar, caramel or boisé.
